Founder Vic Staley Set out on a mission in 2002 to explore opportunities in alternative energy Vehicles.  Searching over 50 companies only finding five that were real companies. With 20 years in the car business, and a passion to change the world one car at a time. Vic set out to bring the world alternative energy Vehicles. So North Central Zenn was born. My goal is to leave the world I live in, in a better state. Not only for my kids, it’s just the right thing to do!
